Redfin Principal Agent License ID: CO #FA.100055635Hi! I’m Mercede. I moved to Colorado Springs in 2010 and started helping clients with their real estate needs in 2015. My passions in real estate are helping home buyers find the perfect home and guiding them through this competitive market, every step of the way. I pride myself on expert market knowledge and outstanding customer service. Representing my clients with excellence and professionalism is so important to me that I’ve received special education to become a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and am a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. When I’m not helping clients with their real estate transactions, I can usually be found enjoying a great bottle of wine with friends, snowboarding, or running the many stunning trails around town.

Working with Mercede was the greatest real estate experience I could've asked for. During a time with much uncertainty in my life, adding the task of selling my home felt insurmountable. Mercede came in and made the entire process painless form start to finish. She was a great communicator and educator, answering any questions I had about the process and putting my mind at ease. I cannot recommend her enough.

Mercede was so wonderful to work with, we would recommend her to anyone! She was attentive, professional, and 100% on our side in making sure we found the right house for the right house, and that the buying process went smoothly for us. She was easy to communicate with and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much!!!
